The following are the Terms and Conditions of orders placed with Pandora-tw. On ordering from Pandora-tw you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
All images on this site are reproduced with a view to portraying our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that designs may vary slightly, from those shown, due to normal design and production fluctuations.
Accepted Methods of Payment
There are two primary methods of payment for goods ordered:-
1. Online Payment For details of security, please see our privacy statement. Card payments can be made using any of the following methods:-
- Visa
- Visa Debit
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- Solo
- JCB
2. Payment after placing order online
If you do not wish to pay online, please complete the online order form and further instructions will be presented. The following methods of payment are accepted.
Cheque/Postal Order - Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. This may take up to 5 working days.
Direct Bank Deposit - Goods will be dispatched once the funds are cleared in the Pandora-tw account. This can be arranged at any Natwest Bank.
Bank Transfer - Most UK banks will carry out bank transfers for no charge and this can usually be arranged over the telephone. Goods will be dispatched once the funds are cleared in the Pandora-tw account.
Telephone - Place your order by phone.
Fax - Print out your order and Fax it to us with your address, contact details and items you wish to order. We will provide you with a quotation and fax it back to be confirmed.
Please ensure that the correct funds arrive in the Pandora-tw account, after any charges that are due for foreign transfers etc.
Security
Orders placed online can be placed on our Secure Server order form. On this form, contact and order details are transmitted using SSL, the universally recognised security system for transmitting encrypted information over the Internet. High encryption is used when details are submitted on these secure forms. Submitted details are not stored on our server. Details are encrypted and transmitted to the Pandora-tw sales team. Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing an order online.
Privacy Statement
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only.
Pandora-tw will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers or web site visitors to any third parties. We protect the privacy of this personal information using our highly secure, protected servers.
We may use email addresses submitted to us to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the Pandora-tw web site, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the Pandora-tw web site.
Returns Policy
We operate a 14 days return period as explained below.
All the products on sale from Pandora-tw have met our high quality-control standards. However, if you find a defect with any product purchased, please e-mail us at:-

Goods which are defective on receipt can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Goods found to be defective within 24hrs of you receiving the package will be replaced. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense. We do not operate a try before you buy policy. If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition suitable for resale in the original packaging and having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being addressed along with a postage fee, or refunded, less postage and packing. A handling fee of 15% will be made.
Refunds by credit/debit card are made to the same credit/debit card that was used for the purchase. The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights which are not affected.
Fraud
Pandora-tw will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities. Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded when placing an order online.
