CUSTOMER SERVICE - F.A.Q Question: My Order was damaged when I received it. Answer: You need to e-mail or contact us within 24hrs of you receiving the package. We will exchange the goods at no extra charge. Damaged goods must be returned to us before we can release the replacement.
